Obsessed with quality, Peter began a search for a high-end granola to serve in his family café, the South Street Creamery in Morristown, NJ. Unable to find the right product, Peter began to experiment and tinker with recipes, resulting in a variety of gourmet granolas that everyone loves.

Peter's SloBaked Granola is hand crafted in small batches from the finest ingredients available, to provide you, our customers, with a delicious, high quality product. "This is the best granola I've ever tasted!" is a frequently heard exclamation.

Selling the granola outside of the South Street Creamery has excited our family. They are so proud of the granola that during the summer months you'll find any or all of us at area farmer's markets selling our SloBaked Granola with a smile.
